Questions I ask of any remake

1. Does the new medium add a story tool the original lacked? 2. Are performances reinterpretations or karaoke? 3. Does production design justify the budget with new meaning?

The short on the channel is blunt on purpose. Blunt is not the same as lazy — it is a ranking signal.
